      What can I do with bulk actions on the Time page in Protiv? 🛠️

      Bulk actions allow you to quickly modify multiple time entries at once, saving you valuable time and effort. 💪

      The Time page in Protiv offers convenient bulk actions that let you make changes to multiple time entries simultaneously. This is especially useful when you need to update a large number of entries.


      Available Bulk Actions       ⚙️

      • Change Job & ProPay: Update the associated job and ProPay for multiple time entries.

      • Change Wage: Adjust the hourly wage for multiple time entries.

      • Delete: Remove multiple time entries at once.

      • Export: Download a file containing the selected time entries.


      How to Use Bulk Actions       🖱️

      1. Select Time Entries: Check the boxes next to the time entries you want to modify. You can select all entries on a page or choose specific ones.

      2. Click the "Bulk Actions" Button: This button is located at the top of the Time page.

      3. Choose Your Action: Select the action you want to perform from the dropdown menu.

      4. Follow the Prompts: Depending on the action you choose, you may need to provide additional information (e.g., the new job and ProPay, the new wage).

      5. Confirm Your Action: Review your selections and click "Confirm" to apply the changes.


      Important Note:       Be careful when using bulk actions, especially the "Delete" action, as it cannot be undone. Always double-check your selections before confirming.

      Pro Tip: Use the filter and sort options to quickly find the time entries you want to modify.
