How do I use the guided tours in Protiv? 🧭

Protiv's guided tours offer step-by-step instructions for specific tasks, like creating a ProPay or paying bonuses. They're like having a personal guide right inside the app! 🚶‍♂️

Guided tours are designed to make learning Protiv easy and intuitive. They provide interactive, in-app instructions that walk you through specific tasks, showing you exactly where to click and what to do.

Accessing Guided Tours 🗺️

1. Click on the Help button (question mark icon) in the upper right corner of your Protiv account.

2. In the Resource Center, click on the Guided Tours tab.

3. You'll see a list of available tours. Choose the one you want to start.

Taking a Guided Tour 🚶‍♀️

1. Once you select a tour, a pop-up window will appear within Protiv.

2. Follow the instructions in the pop-up window. It will guide you through the task step-by-step, highlighting the relevant areas of the screen.

3. If you need to pause the tour, you can click the "Pause" button.

4. To resume the tour, click the "Resume" button.

5. To exit the tour, click the "Exit" button.
