Well, spring is almost here, and we’re feeling extra productive. So, we did our spring cleaning in advance.
Yep. We’ve been poking around our product, tidying up old features and creating new ones that will not only make your workers more productive–but your administrative team, too. We’re really excited to share them with you and hope that they will save you time and resources.
Check ‘em out below and use them to get more done!
NEW PROPAY STATUSES
We are excited to announce the ability to configure additional statuses. Head to settings to turn on the new status: Started and Complete.
Started is triggered automatically once a ProPay has hours. Completed is a manual trigger. If you done with a ProPay, but not ready to trigger a bonus use the complete status! No other current action will be triggered when a ProPay or Milestone is complete

BONUSES
We have three major updates to our Bonus tab.
Easy-to-Use Filters. We streamlined our filters on the Bonus tab to match the easy system you’re already familiar with on ProPay. Use the new search bar to quickly type in and find what you’re looking for.

Merge Statements. Take two statement for the same user and now combine them! Lets say you one statement carries a negative balance and another is positive. You now can merge them with a click of a button!

Additional Bonuses.. Now have the ability to add a bonus to worker bonus statement. Say you want to give a extra $100 for a positive review? Now you can! Use this feature as you see fit

Add Deductions. Are you looking to deduct bonuses from workers for not following safety policies or damaged equipment? We made it simple. You can add it right to their bonus statements.

Bulk Actions. With this new feature, you can apply the same actions to multiple employees or statements. For example, maybe you want to add additional bonuses on the statements of multiple employees. Just click on the “Actions” tab to the right, select the action you want to make, and apply it by checking the boxes of the accounts on the left.
REPORTS
Improved Reports. You’ll notice that we added two new columns to the statement: “Deductions” and “Balance.” This makes it easy to reconcile multiple jobs–some that have bonuses and that went over budget. Now you can merge the statements and the negative balances are automatically deducted from bonuses, allowing you to see the total remaining balance.

New Bonus Pool Reports. Now we have a report that shows the percentage taken from the ProPay savings. The report shows how much of the remaining saving was allocated by worker. If you wish to keep it or provide it as an additional bonus now you have a report!

AUTOMATION (IN BETA)
We’re really excited to roll out our new Automation page, which allows you to customize your ProPays by departments and set crew leads. Create different automations for different employees–and run them all at the same time. We’ll also be adding new customizations in the weeks to come, so keep an eye out next week! A handful of you have access to this feature!

MOBILE APP - Release March 22nd!
Last, but not least, we’ve made it easier for your team to see their pending and active ProPays, along with easy-to-use help center and FAQs.
