Exciting Improvements: New ProPay detail interface with earnings calculator and job info tab, goal setting for workers and managers, custom ProPay automation, direct LMN data integration, and better recurring job handling.
We are excited to announce our next major release! As we head into spring, we have some key improvements to Protiv. Key update to help improve culture and streamline your process! Let's get right to it:
New ProPay Detail Interface
We made our first round of changes to the most viewed page on our site. Here are the added features:
1) We moved the calculator next to the Budget Detail section. Allowing users to project out potential earnings.
2) Added the time entries linked to the Job associated to the ProPay as a new tab. Track down information quickly!
3) Reduced complexity and improved interface
Set ProPay Goals
Now after checking out projected bonuses you can record goals!
1) Give workers a new interface to record their income goals!
2) Admin, Managers, and Crew Leads can now set goals on milestones and ProPays.
*Current feature not supported on the mobile app. Will come the next update!
Improve ProPay Automation
If you are an integrated customer you can now create ProPays with custom configuration. Customize each automation to your liking! Use options such as:
- Setting automations based on the different Crew Leads
- Configuring different budgets calculations coming from our integrations (increase, decrease, or keep the same)
- Setup different managers per team
- Use Job Type to either create a ProPay or Exclude jobs (Only supported for Aspire)
Create a completely seamless experience. We currently have support 14 integrations and Zapier. Need support with your Zapier integration! Please let us know.
LMN - Web Scrapping Connection
We now are pulling data directly from LMN into Protiv! We pull data such as: Jobs, Estimates, Scheduled Visits, Timesheet, and User Information.
Recurring Jobber Visits
Now all "Recurring Jobs" visits will be consider its own sub-job in Protiv. That will allow us to create a ProPay for each visit. Giving you more flexibility how you incentivize your people!
Improvements to Bulk ProPay Approval
