Leaderboards give your team real-time performance feedback and inspire them to improve. We liked this feature so much that we made it the focal point of our Protiv Dashboards. Let the games begin!
Eight Different Team Indicators
Your leaderboard can be customized to include eight different indicators of top KPIs, including:
- Pending Bonuses
- Paid Bonuses
- Saved Hours
- On Budget %
- Overages
- Revenue Produced
- Revenue Per Hour
- Net Saved Hours
Choose which indicators your team sees based on their user type.
ProPay Count
This module breaks down your total number of ProPays by Starting, Pending, Approved, Completed, and Closed.
Leaderboards
Here’s where it gets really fun with all the different leaderboard options:
- Saved Hours
- Net Saved Hours
- Hours Worked
- ProPays Done
- Revenue Per Hour
- Revenue Produced
- Bonuses Earned
- Bonus Wages
You can choose which leaderboards to show to managers, crew leads, and workers publicly. Each team member will be listed in order of performance numbers. Those in the #1 spot get bragging rights and their ProPay bonuses. And if you want to give your team extra incentives to go above and beyond, think about creating special prizes for those who make #1 each week or each month.
New Bulk Actions - Budget Update
If you manage a lot of ProPays and wish to update the budgets all at once, we support it! Just select the option "Update Budget" in the bulk action section of the ProPay page.
Bulk Action - Bonus Pool
Do you want to change the existing ProPays bonus pool percentage? Now, you can do it with ease. Select, enter, and update as many ProPays as you wish!
