What You Can Do on the ProPay Page

  • Search: Easily find specific ProPays by title, job, manager, or date range. 🔍

  • Filter: View ProPays with different statuses (open, pending, started, completed, approved, or closed). 👀

  • Customize Columns: Choose which information you want to see for each ProPay, such as title, manager, budget, hours, and more. 📊

  • Take Action: Use the three dots on the right side of each ProPay to take various actions:

    • Duplicate ProPay: Create a copy of an existing ProPay. 👯
    • Approve ProPay: Approve a completed ProPay for payout. ✅
    • Edit ProPay: Make changes to an existing ProPay. ✏️
    • View ProPay Details: See a detailed breakdown of the ProPay. 돋보기
    • Delete ProPay: Remove a ProPay that's no longer needed. ❌


How to Access the ProPay Page

  • ProPay Title: The name of the ProPay.

  • Manager: The person in charge of the ProPay.

  • Budget Hours: The estimated time to complete the job. ⏳

  • Budget Amount: The estimated cost of the job in dollars. 💲

  • Actual Hours: The actual number of hours worked on the job. ⏰

  • Actual Amount: The actual cost of labor for the job. 💸

  • Variance Hours: The difference between the budgeted and actual hours. This helps you see if the job is on track or over budget.

  • Start Date: When the job started. 📅

  • Status: The current stage of the ProPay (pending, started, complete, approved, or closed).
