The Protiv Help section is your one-stop shop for getting help with Protiv. It includes announcements, guided tours, a knowledge base, and an AI assistant.

The Protiv Help section is designed to provide you with easy access to resources and support whenever you need it. Here's what you'll find:

  • Announcements 📢: Stay up-to-date with the latest Protiv features, updates, and improvements.

  • Guided Tours 🧭: Take interactive tours that walk you through specific tasks and features step-by-step.

  • Knowledge Base 🧠: Search for articles and FAQs to find answers to your questions.

  • AI Assistant 🤖: Get instant help from our AI assistant, who can answer your questions and guide you to relevant resources.


Accessing the Help Section

To access the Help section, simply click on the question mark icon (?) located in the upper right corner of your Protiv account. This will open the Resource Center, where you can access all of the help resources.


Using the Help Section

  • Announcements: Click on the "Announcements" tab to see the latest updates from Protiv.

  • Guided Tours: Click on the "Guided Tours" tab to see a list of available tours. Click on a tour to start it.

  • Knowledge Base: Click on the "Knowledge Base" tab to search for articles or browse by category.

  • AI Assistant: Type your question into the "Ask anything about Protiv" box, and the AI assistant will provide you with an answer.


Closing the Help Section

To close the Help section, click on the up arrow (^) next to the Resource Center heading.
