Why are inactive workers from Aspire showing up in Protiv?
Protiv imports all users from Aspire, including inactive ones, to ensure accurate time tracking and record-keeping, even for past clock-ins.
When integrating with Aspire, Protiv imports all users, regardless of their active status in Aspire. This is to maintain complete time tracking records, even if an inactive worker had clocked in on an older project.
While these inactive workers appear in Protiv, they are typically disabled and do not impact active ProPay calculations or notifications.
