Happy June! We're excited to announce the final round of improvements and features this month. Let's dive right in!
GroupProPay
A feature built with maintenance contractors in mind. Group together jobs to create simple routes with all your jobs. There are tons of use cases for this feature! Here is how it works:
Select ProPays:
1) Select the list of ProPays you wish to Group. You can group from as little as two to hundreds together.

One Interface:
2) Now, you can see all ProPays in a single interface. Users can set a collective goal for the group, track their progress, update the group's status, and calculate bonuses collectively. Need help? Schedule a meeting with us!
P.S. - We are developing a feature to automate these actions completely!

Scheduled Visits
We now support tracking scheduled visits and dispatch schedules! This allows Protiv to assign workers to ProPays before they start the job! A key feature to help workers plan and set goals. Automations are triggered by the scheduled visits and not just the attendance data. Currently supported with Aspire, ArborGold, Service Titan, Jobber, and LMN.

Copy Dashboard for multiple TV Screens
Now, the Admin can copy and customize the dashboard on multiple tabs. Add as many new tabs as you wish! Decide between customizing your leaderboards, indicators, and status counts. This is great for showing multiple leaderboards in the office.
Head to the top right of the dashboard. Click to trigger a new tab.

Don't worry; each tab is timed to refresh the data every 10 minutes! You can always manually trigger a refresh, though
